Price Updates
Price updates are typically not performed within the menu management portal, as they are configured at the POS or occasionally on the ordering platform. Learn more about how to manage the price update process below:
Note: When using the price elevation feature in Checkmate’s menu management portal, your POS prices will automatically reflect the specified percentage increase on API-integrated ordering platform menus. Clicking the “Sync with POS” button will sync your menu and price changes and automatically trigger the “Push to OP” process—removing the need to push these updates manually. During this process, the manual “Push to OP” option will be temporarily disabled to ensure consistency and prevent simultaneous updates. The push may take 5 to 10 minutes to complete.
