If the message “Error while loading data” appears in the Portal and the page does not load properly (as shown below), follow the steps below to resolve the issue.
Log out of the Portal: Sign out of the Portal completely before proceeding.
Clear browser cache and cookies: Open your browser settings and clear cached images/files and cookies. This removes stored data that may be preventing the page from loading correctly.
Close and reopen the browser: Fully close the browser window to ensure the cache reset takes effect.
Log back into the Portal using Google Chrome: Access the Portal again using Google Chrome, which is the recommended and supported browser.
Note: Using browsers other than Google Chrome may cause loading or display issues. If the error continues after completing these steps, contact Support and provide a screenshot of the error message.
