What is Checkmate Portal and how does it work?

Access to the Checkmate Portal is included with the integration and it will make managing your online menus much easier! Manage all of your API-integrated Ordering Platform menus (Postmates/DoorDash/UberEats/Seven Rooms/Deliveroo/SkiptheDishes/Bitesquad/Wait’R) in one place.

You can use the Checkmate Portal with those platforms, and all the changes will be synchronized to your Ordering Platform menu.

Most changes can be pushed to automatically update the ordering platforms except for menu additions and item/modifier name changes for Legacy POS systems which will need to be mapped by our team. We ask that you allow 24-48 hours to map these new changes.
