Follow these steps to mark the items/modifiers as Sold Out for your respective restaurant location:

Single Select: Modify item availability one at a time.

Multi Select: Modify item availability in bulk.
Note:
This function is POS-dependent. For Toast, Square, Clover, and Brink POSs, Items/Modifiers must be marked as sold out directly from the POS, not in the Checkmate Portal.
This process may take 5 to 10 minutes to complete.
