Follow these steps to mark the items/modifiers as Sold Out for your respective restaurant location:
- Single Select: Modify item availability one at a time.
- Multi Select: Modify item availability in bulk.
Note:
- This function is POS-dependent. For Toast, Square, Clover, and Brink POSs, Items/Modifiers must be marked as sold out directly from the POS, not in the Checkmate Portal.
- Please allow a 5-minute wait between Push attempts to avoid errors from back-to-back attempts.
