Duplicate orders are sometimes caused by a technical glitch, but most of the time, they are due to the delivery service sending duplicate orders to Checkmate.
If duplicate orders are received, contact Checkmate Support. The Support team will investigate the duplicate orders and determine whether the issue can be corrected on the Checkmate side.
When contacting Support, include the following details:
- Restaurant name
- Location
- Ordering platform
- Order numbers of the duplicate orders
- Date and time the duplicate orders were received
