Will I get a notification when an order is cancelled?

No. Ordering platforms do not send order cancellation information to Checkmate, so cancellations cannot be passed through to the POS.

To view cancelled orders, check the respective ordering platform's merchant portal. Each ordering platform keeps a record of cancellations on its side.
