Can I throttle my orders?

No. Orders cannot be throttled in Checkmate. Orders are sent to the POS based on their ready-by time and the prep time set in the POS.

To manage order volume during busy periods, adjust the prep time in the POS so orders are scheduled further out, or mark the location or individual ordering platforms offline temporarily using the Checkmate Portal.
