What customer information will I see on my kitchen ticket?

When an online order flows through Checkmate into the POS, the following customer and order information appears at the top of the kitchen ticket and KDS:

• Customer's first name and last initial
• Time of expected pickup
• Ordering platform the order was placed through

For the customer's phone number, access the ordering platform merchant portal or the tablet, if that information was provided at checkout.
