How do I whitelist third-party order sources in FoodTec POS?

Applies to: Merchants using FoodTec POS.

To allow third-party orders from Checkmate to flow into FoodTec POS, both the order source and the order type need to be enabled in the POS.

Whitelist the third-party order sources

1. In the POS, click Edit in the menu bar.
2. Click Edit Other from the dropdown list and select Order Sources. The Order Sources Editor pop-up appears.
3. Select the Third Party checkbox in the Allow On Order Acceptance API column.

Enable the order types

1. In the POS, click Edit in the menu bar.
2. Click Edit Other from the dropdown list and select Order Type Info. The Order Type Infos Editor pop-up appears.
3. Select the checkbox in the Enabled row for each order type to be used.
