Drivers usually arrive early when prep times are mismatched between the delivery services and the POS. Ensuring prep times are synchronized across both typically resolves the issue.
To resolve the issue:
- Check the prep time configured in the POS backend.
- Check the prep time configured on each delivery service (ordering platform or tablet).
- Update the prep times so they match across the POS and each delivery service.
