To resolve the issue:
- Ensure the correct item or modifier exists in the POS.
- Notify Checkmate Support that the mapping needs to be updated and include the following details
- Restaurant name
- Location
- Ordering platform
- Order number
- Item or modifier name on the ordering platform menu that is incorrectly mapped
- Incorrect item or modifier POS name (the one that printed on the order ticket)
- Correct item or modifier POS name
