Why are tickets not printing to the kitchen?

This generally happens when the printer settings in the POS have been changed. Most of the time, the issue can be resolved by correcting the print routing settings in the POS backend or by contacting the POS support team. If the POS support team is unable to resolve the issue, contact Checkmate Support.
