How does Checkmate handle orders from GloriaFood?

Applies to: Merchants using the GloriaFood ordering platform.

GloriaFood orders are only sent to Checkmate after they are accepted on the tablet. The tablet must be kept in a location that is easily accessible so orders are not missed.

How GloriaFood orders flow into Checkmate

• A customer places an order on GloriaFood.
• The order appears on the GloriaFood tablet at the location.
• A staff member accepts the order on the tablet.
• Once accepted, the order is sent to Checkmate and then integrated into the POS.

Why the tablet placement matters

If the GloriaFood tablet is not actively monitored, orders will sit unaccepted and will not reach Checkmate or the POS. Keep the tablet in a location where staff can see and accept incoming orders quickly.
