Can I manually accept orders?

Once your Checkmate integration is live, all orders are automatically accepted into the POS and sent to the kitchen printer. There is no manual acceptance step.

How order acceptance works

• Orders flow directly into the POS as soon as they are received from the ordering platform.
• Tickets print and appear on the KDS based on the prep time set in the POS.
• Drivers are notified automatically once the prep time is up.
