Orders are located on the Orders Overview page in the Direct Ordering Admin Panel. This page provides multiple views and filters for locating any order.
Opening the Orders Overview Page
- Log in to the Direct Ordering Admin Panel.
- In the left navigation sidebar, click Orders.
- Click Orders Overview to open the order overview page.
Order Views
The navigation menu at the top of the page switches between order views. Each view groups orders by their current status.
- All Stores: Lets users with multi-location search access view orders across all assigned stores. Results can be narrowed to a specific store using the store selector.
- Order Overview: Displays all orders that match the selected filters, regardless of status. This view is best for searching, reporting, and reviewing historical orders.
- Upcoming Orders: Shows approved orders scheduled for a future date or time that are ready for preparation or fulfillment.
- Pending Orders: Displays orders awaiting store approval. These orders have been paid by the guest but must be approved before they can proceed.
- Held Orders: Shows orders that have been saved but not paid, and are not actively moving through the workflow.
- Uncharged Orders: Displays orders with a payment error.
Filters
Filters narrow the order list to help locate specific orders.
- Date Filters: Provide quick-select options such as Today, Yesterday, Tomorrow, This Week, Last Week, This Month, and Last Month, along with a custom date range.
- Sale Type: Filters orders by sale classification, such as Sale.
- Order Type: Filters by order type, such as catering or standard orders.
- Service Type: Filters orders by fulfillment method, such as pickup or delivery.
- Order Status: Narrows results by order status, such as pending, approved, or closed.
- Tender Status: Filters orders by payment status, such as charged or uncharged.
- Channel Type: Filters by the ordering channel used to place the order.
- Search by Order Number: Locates an order by its order number using the search field.
- Reset All Filters: Clears all selected filters and returns the view to its default state.
