What Is a Reward Event
A Reward Event is a predefined action within a loyalty program that automatically grants a reward to a customer. These events are triggered by specific activities or milestones, creating a seamless and engaging rewards experience.
How to Create a Reward Event
Two types of reward events can be created:
- Single Send Reward: a one-time reward sent on a scheduled date and time.
- Automated Reward Event: a recurring reward triggered by events such as birthdays, last orders, or registrations.
