Setting Up Automated Email Campaigns

An automated email campaign sends emails to guests based on one of the following trigger points:

• Birthday
  • Before the event: send the campaign a set number of days before the guest's birthday.
  • On the event: send the campaign on the guest's birthday.
  • After the event: send the campaign a set number of days after the guest's birthday.
• Last Order Date
  • On the event: send the campaign based on the last order date.
  • After the event: send the campaign a set number of days after the guest's last order date.
• Order Placed
  • On the event: send the campaign on the day the guest places an order.
  • After the event: send the campaign a set number of days after the guest places an order.
