Dashboard Tabs
Order Injection
This tab tracks the total number of orders received by Checkmate for your locations and the number of orders successfully communicated to the locations' POS systems. It also analyzes trends in failures, their reasons, and their distribution.
Reports in Order Injection Tab
Order Injection Success Rate
This chart displays the percentage of successfully injected orders versus the total orders received for the most recent hour within the selected period compared to the previous hour.
|
Along with that, you can also see:
- Total Orders: Total orders received.
- Completed Orders: Orders successfully sent to the POS.
- Incomplete Orders: Orders that failed to be injected into the POS.
Order Injection Success Rate by Location
This table breaks down the success rate by individual locations, helping identify locations with lower success rates:
Column | Description |
---|---|
Location Name | Name of the location |
OI Success Rate | Order injection success rate |
Completed Orders | Orders successfully injected into the POS |
Incomplete Orders | Orders not injected into the POS |
Incomplete Orders by Ordering Source
This chart categorizes incomplete orders by their source, i.e., different online ordering platforms.
|
Incomplete Orders by POS
This chart shows which POS systems are associated with incomplete orders, helping pinpoint potential issues with specific POS systems.
|
Error Reason Distribution
-
This table breaks down the reasons for order failures, providing insights into everyday issues affecting order injection.
Column | Description |
---|---|
Failure Reason | The order processing failure can be categorized into two main types: - Tech-Driven Issues: Problems related to system malfunctions, software bugs, or other technical failures within the integration or POS systems. - Non-Tech Driven Issues: Problems caused by user actions, configuration settings, or external factors unrelated to system errors. |
Error Category | Specific issues contributing to order processing failure: e.g., Out of Stock, Mapping Errors, Token Exchange Timeout. |
Order Sources | Number of order failures for each source, indicating where the issues originate. |
Total | Summary/total number of incomplete orders, providing an overall count of failures. |

Incomplete Order Details
This table provides detailed information about each incomplete order, including error codes and descriptions.
Field | Description |
---|---|
Brand Name | Name of the brand |
Location Name | Name of the location |
Location ID | Location ID where the order failed |
Checkmate Order ID | The ID of the failed order is helpful for support inquiries |
Source Order Number | Order number from the ordering platform |
Offline Reason | Reason for order failure |
Order Source | Source of the order |
POS ID | Identifier for the POS system |
Error Category | Specific issues contributing to order processing failure: e.g., Out of Stock, Mapping Errors, Token Exchange Timeout. |
Error Message | Detailed error message |
Menu Push
Every time a menu push action is performed, the system records when the push was attempted and when it was successful. The push is considered a failure if the success time is not after the attempt time.
Reports in Menu Push Tab
- Total Locations: This number shows the locations where menu push attempts have been made.
- Menu Push Success Rate: Displays the overall success rate of menu pushes.
- Locations with Successful Menu Pushes: Number of locations where menu pushes were successful.
- Locations with Failed Menu Pushes: The locations where menu pushes were attempted but failed.
- Menu Push Success by Location: This chart table lists all the locations and the last menu sync status for that location down
This table lists all locations and their last menu sync status.
- Location Name: Name of the location.
- Last POS Menu Sync: The last menu sync date and time from POS to Checkmate Portal.
- Last Menu Push Attempt: Date and time of the last menu push attempt to Ordering Platform.
- Last Successful Menu Push: Date and time of the last successful menu push. To determine if a menu push attempt was successful, check if this timestamp is later than the Last Menu Push Attempt. If it is, the push was successful. If there is no later timestamp, the push failed.
- Menu Sync Status: Indicates whether the menu push was a “Success” or “Fail” based on the timestamps in the previous columns.
- Total Days Since Successful Menu Push: Number of days since the last successful menu push.
For example, if the Last Menu Push Attempt is "2024-07-07 10:00 AM" and the Last Successful Menu Push is "2024-07-07 10:05 AM," the menu push was successful, and the status will show "Success."
