Ordering Platform-Specific Ratings
Ordering Platform-Specific Ratings shows the average customer ratings broken down by each delivery service (e.g., DoorDash, Uber Eats). This helps you compare performance across different platforms.
Order Volume vs. Average Rating
Order Volume vs. Average Rating analysis explores the relationship between the number of orders and ratings over a selected period. By visualizing these trends, you can see if changes in order volume impact customer satisfaction.
Average Rating by Day of Week
Average Rating by Day of Week presents the average customer ratings for each day of the week, segmented by the ordering platform. It's useful for identifying which days have higher or lower customer satisfaction, helping to pinpoint operational inconsistencies.
Review Distribution by Sentiment
Review Distribution by Sentiment breaks down all customer reviews into three categories—positive, neutral, and negative—based on their ratings. This segmentation helps in understanding customer sentiment at a glance:
- Positive: Ratings of 4 or above.
- Neutral: A rating of 3.
- Negative: Ratings below 3.
Positive Sentiment Categories
Positive Sentiment Categories detail the specific aspects that have received positive feedback. This report helps identify strengths in the location’s offerings. The categories considered here are:
- Good Menu Quality
- Good Packaging
- Good Portion Size

Negative Sentiment Categories
Negative Sentiment Categories detail the specific aspects that have received negative feedback. This feedback is crucial for targeting improvements. The categories considered here are:
- Expensive
- Missing or Incorrect
- Other
- Poor Packaging
- Poor Taste
Top Rated Locations
Top Rated Locations lists the top ten locations with the highest customer ratings, offering insights into which locations are doing well.
Lowest Rated Locations
Lowest Rated Locations lists the top ten locations with the lowest ratings, which might require more attention or operational changes.
Location Ratings Details
Location Ratings Details table provides detailed data for each location, including the name, order volume per month, average ratings, and total orders rated during the period. This detailed view allows users to drill down into specific performance metrics by location and platform.
This table includes:
- Location Name: The name of the location.
- Monthly Order Date: Orders for each location are grouped by month. For example, all orders from UberEats in January 2025 are shown together.
- Ordering Source: The ordering platform used to place orders, like UberEats or DoorDash.
- Average Rating: The average rating customers gave for that location and month.
- Total Rateable Orders: The number of orders that were rated during that month.

User access to the Reputation Analysis Dashboard can be managed under "Manage User Access" by adjusting user permissions:
- Revoke Access – Uncheck the "View Reputation Insights" box to disable access.
- Grant Access – Check the "View Reputation Insights" box to enable access.
