Archive and Restore a User
The "User Archive & Restore" feature allows you to manage user access efficiently. You can archive users who no longer need access and restore them when necessary while retaining their previous settings, such as permissions, preferences, and location assignments.
Archive a User: Temporarily deactivate a user, removing their access while preserving their profile and settings for future use.
Restore a User: Restore an archived user’s account, reinstating their profile and all associated settings. You can review and update these settings during restoration.

To archive or restore users, ensure you have the following permissions:
“Archive Users” Permission for archiving.
“Create Users” permission for restoring.
