How Push Notifications Work
To receive promotional push notifications, guests must:
- Be a registered guest with your brand.
- Opt in to Marketing Push Notifications during registration or via communication preferences.
- Have your brand’s mobile app installed on their device.
- Enable notifications for your app in their device settings.
Note: The in-app opt-in and Communication Preferences are connected. If a guest changes their preference in one place, it updates automatically in both.
