Creating a New Email Campaign
You can follow the steps below to create and schedule a new Email Campaign.
Email Content Overview
Once you have created a campaign, if you selected “Blank Canvas”, you can customize the email content. You can also add to saved content if selected. You can view more about saved content here.
The below options are available when creating the email content (View additional information on Page Builder here):
Campaign Details: You can view and edit the Name and Description of the Campaign.

Email Settings: You can view and edit the email settings. The options you are allowed to edit are:
Subject
Preview Text
Sender Name
Reply to Email
Toggle between Desktop and Mobile: You can toggle between an email's desktop or mobile views. You can make edits to each view.
Add Email Content: Drag and drop content into this area to add it to your email.
Default content that can't be removed: Certain sections of the email are required (e.g., Disclaimers). When you hover over a section, a lock icon appears.
Content, Rows, & Settings Menus: This section has three menus that allow you to add content, manage your rows, and adjust overall settings. Additional information about this section can be found here.

Toggle Gridlines, Preview, & Email Menu: Allows you to view the following:
Toggle Gridlines: Toggle the gridlines on or off from the email preview.
b. Preview Email: Allows you to preview the email (You can toggle between desktop and mobile)
Note: You can also preview the messages in dark mode by toggling the “Dark Mode Preview” option
c. Email Menu: Opens a menu drop-down with the below options:
Last Saved Time Stamp, Save, & Exit: In the upper right-hand corner, you can view the last saved time stamp, save the email, and exit edit mode.
Content, Rows, & Settings Menu
You can add various content to your email while creating the email content. There is a menu on the right-hand side that has three tabs, which are:
Content
Rows
Settings
Content
You can effortlessly add and edit content within your email using the Content section. You can drag and drop the content into the email body and make any needed changes.
After adding a type of content to the email, the content menu on the right-hand side displays different options based on the added content. A menu will also appear under the content added with some formatting options.
The following options are available to be included in the email:
Text: Allows you to add text to your email.
Title: Allows you to add a title block to the email.
Paragraph: Allows you to add a paragraph block to the email.
Image: Allows you to add an image to the email.
Video: Allows you to add a YouTube or Vimeo url that will provide an image of the video with a play button. Clicking on the play button will take you to YouTube or Vimeo to play the video.
Spacer: Allows you to add a spacer to the email to separate different content.
Button: Allows you to a button to the email, which can be used to open a URL.
Social: Allows you to add links to social media pages. You can set the social media URL under Content Properties
Divider: Allows you to add a divider to separate different types of content.
Menu: Allows you to add menu items to the email. You can also include a URL for the menu item.
List: Allows you to add a list to the email
Table: Allows you to add a table to the email
Sending a Test Email from the Email Content page
You can send a test campaign email anytime when creating and editing your campaign. The below steps outline how to do so.
