Automated Email Campaigns

You can create an automated email campaign that will send email campaigns to Guests based on one of the following trigger points:

• Birthday

  • Before the event: Send the campaign a specific number of days before the Guest's birthday

  • On the event: Send the campaign on the Guest's birthday

  • After the event: Send the campaign a specific number of days after the Guest's birthday

• Last Order Date

  • On the event: Send the campaign based on the last order date

  • After the event: Send the campaign a specific number of days after the Guest's last order date

• Order Placed:

  • On the event: Send the campaign when the day the Guest places an order

  • After the event: Send the campaign a specific number of days after the Guest placed an order
