Adding and Updating Photos in Checkmate Portal

Managing your menu images is essential to maintaining an appealing and current online presence. While most photo updates could be conducted directly through our portal, there are a few exceptions to be noted:

• POS Systems with Direct Integration: For Direct Sync POS, you'll need to update photos directly on the POS system (Refer to your POS's Menu Updates guide for detailed instructions).

• Ordering Platform Menus: Some ordering platforms may not be managed through our portal, and you will be required to update images directly on the respective platform’s backend.
