Manage Request Queue

Request Queues

Click on "Request Queues" in the sidebar to see the list of changes under review.

Upon selecting "Request Queues" you will be redirected to the "List of Changes" page. Here, you'll find a detailed overview of each modification request, including:

• Menu Element: Identifies the specific element under review.

• Change Type: Indicates the nature of the change, such as:

  • "Edit Menu Item" for changes to menu items.

  • "Edit Modifier Group" for modifications to Modifiers.

• Changed By: Displays the name and email address of the individual who initiated the change request.

• Last Updated: Shows the date and time when the change was last requested.

To view more detailed information about a specific element under review, simply click on the element's name.

To make further changes, click on "EDIT".

Edit the element details as needed and click "SAVE" to finalize your changes.

Besides Pending changes, you can also view lists of Merged, Archived, and Withdrawn changes.

Note: You can view changes merged or archived by our team, but merging or archiving changes yourself is not possible.

Click on "PREVIEW MENU" to see how the changes will appear in the menu

The “PREVIEW MODE” will show you how the menu will look after implementing the changes

Withdraw the Review

At any point, you can withdraw the changes. While Withdrawing the changes, you have two options:

• Withdraw and Save Changes

• Withdraw and Cancel Changes

Withdraw and Save Changes

If you wish to save the changes but want to add more, You can withdraw the changes by Clicking on "WITHDRAW AND SAVE CHANGES". This will keep your current changes, but your menu will not be submitted for review yet, and you can continue making changes.

Press "OK" to withdraw your requested changes and return to Edit Mode to continue working on your menu.

Withdraw and cancel changes

You can also click the drop-down to "Withdraw and cancel changes". This will delete all the new changes and revert your menu to how it was before the changes.

Press "OK" to withdraw and cancel your requested changes and return your menu to its previous state before editing.

The Withdrawn Changes will be visible under the "WITHDRAWN" tab

Click on Request ID to see the details of withdrawn changes.
