Convert a Quote to a Catering Order

Orders created but not yet placed, such as saved drafts or generated quotes, appear under the Held Orders tab. These orders include full details and a quote that may have been shared with the customer. However, the order itself has not been submitted or confirmed.

Follow the steps below to convert a quote or held order into a finalized catering order:

The “Copy link to quote” feature generates a secure, live payment link. When shared with customers via email, they can simply click the link to review and accept the quote, then complete payment directly, removing the need for manual payment collection.
