Viewing upcoming Catering Orders

All upcoming catering orders can be viewed in the Direct Ordering Admin Panel from the Orders Overview page. This is the central place to see the catering queue and locate specific orders.

Where to Find Upcoming Catering Orders

1. Go to Orders > Orders Overview.
2. Switch to the Upcoming Orders tab to see upcoming orders.

Filter Options

Filters narrow the order list and help locate specific orders. The available filters include:

• Order Type: All Orders, OLO, Catering, or Merch. Select Catering to show only catering orders.
• Service Type: All Services, Dine-In, Pick-Up, or Delivery.
• Order Status: All Statuses, Pending, Open, Held, Closed, Void, or Auto Cancelled.
• Dates: A specific date or date range.
• Search: Locate a specific order by entering its order number.

Additional filters include Sale Type, Tender Status, and Channel Type. Select Reset all filters to clear all selections.

Order Details Shown

For each upcoming order, the list shows:

• Order Number: A unique identifier assigned to each catering order.
• Store Location: The restaurant location where the order is prepared and fulfilled.
• Requested Time: The customer's requested time window for pickup or delivery.
• Order Type: The nature of the order, such as Catering / Pick-Up or Catering / Delivery.
• Customer Name: The name entered by the customer who placed the order.
• Internal Notes (View Notes): Any special instructions, modifications, or staff-entered notes associated with the order.
• Status: The current state of the order.
• Number of People: The expected number of guests or servings for the order.
• Total Amount: The full value of the order before taxes or additional charges.
