The Customer Details page shows a customer's profile information and history. For previously added customers, the following details can be viewed and edited.
Information on the Customer Details Page
Customer Information
- First Name: the customer's first name.
- Last Name: the customer's last name.
- Email: the registered email address of the customer.
- Phone Number: the contact number associated with the customer.
- Company: the company name.
- Date of Birth: the customer's birthdate, if provided.
- Account Created On: the date and time the customer account was created.
- Last Ordered On: the date and time of the customer's most recent order, if any.
Loyalty Programs
- Name: the loyalty program the customer is enrolled in.
- Tier: the customer's current tier in the loyalty program.
- Points: the total loyalty points earned by the customer.
- Progress: the customer's progress toward the next loyalty tier.
- Credit: the customer's available credit balance.
Orders
- Order No.: a unique order number for each transaction.
- Type: the type of order, such as Online Order, Pickup, or Delivery.
- Store: the store where the order was placed.
- Requested At: the date and time the order was placed.
- Status: the order's current status, such as Open, Closed, or Canceled.
- Order Total: the total amount paid for the order.
Addresses
- Address: the customer's saved address or addresses.
- Unit: the unit number, if applicable.
- Last Used: the last date and time the address was used.
Communication Preference
- Type: the customer's communication method preferences.
- Email: indicates whether the customer has opted to receive email notifications.
- Push: indicates whether the customer has enabled push notifications.
- Order Notifications: indicates whether the customer has enabled order-related notifications.
Notes
- Note: any internal notes added for the customer.
- Updated: the last updated date for each note.
