Resource Center Options
Upon clicking on the Resource Center widget, you will see the following options:
Live Chat
Selecting this option, opens the Zendesk chat widget where you can engage with our Chat Support Team during our support chat hours, Sun-Sat 10 am - 10 pm CT.

Selecting this option will prompt a list of our most popular Help Center articles as shown below. These articles and more are also available right here in our Help Center!
Submit a Ticket
Selecting this option will prompt our Customer Support Form for you to submit a support ticket.
Submit an Idea
Selecting this option to share your suggestions or feedback requests.
Help
Selecting ‘Help’ in the bottom righthand corner of the Resource Center will prompt direct access to the our Help Center without having to leave the Portal.
