Use the Resource Center
The Resource Center is a quick-access widget available throughout the Checkmate Portal. Simply click the red question mark (?) icon in the bottom-right corner of your screen—no matter where you are in the Portal—to get instant help.
Once you click the icon, a panel will open with the following options:
Chat With Us: Get instant help from our AI-powered chat assistant. If your issue isn’t resolved, a human support agent will follow up via email.
Popular Help Articles: Browse answers to frequently asked questions and explore our most viewed Help Center guides—right from the widget.
Submit a Ticket: Fill out a support form directly within the Resource Center. Available 24/7 for your convenience.
Submit an Idea: Share feature requests, suggest improvements, or provide feedback to help us make Checkmate even better.
Chat With Us
Looking for quick answers? Use the Chat With Us option in the Resource Center to connect with our AI-powered virtual assistant.
Selecting this option opens the Zendesk chat widget, where you can engage with our Chat AI Agent and get your questions answered. If you need more help, one of our support agents will respond promptly via email!

Submit a Support Request
Need help with an issue? Use the Support Form to get in touch with our Support Team. Filling out the form completely helps us assist you faster.
Here’s what to include in each field:
Your Email Address: Enter the best email address where you’d like to receive updates. Use your work email to help us identify your brand or location faster.
Subject: Write a short summary of your issue. Example: “Orders not flowing to Uber Eats” or “Update POS credentials for new store.”

Description: Provide as much detail as possible about the issue. Include:
Location name(s) or ID(s)
What you were expecting to happen
What actually happened
Any error messages or screenshots
Steps you've already taken (if any)
The more detail you provide, the faster we can help!
Select the Relevant Product: Choose the product or service your request is related to. This helps us route your request to the correct team right away.
POS (Optional): If your issue is related to a POS system, choose it from the dropdown.
Ordering Platform (Optional): If your issue involves an ordering platform like Uber Eats, DoorDash, or Grubhub, select it here. This helps us check order flow or menu sync issues faster.
Attachments (Optional): Upload screenshots, error logs, or related files that help explain your issue. Including visuals helps us diagnose and resolve the issue quickly.
Once submitted a member of our Support Team will review your request and follow up as soon as possible via email.
Submit an Idea
Have a feature suggestion or product improvement in mind? Use the Submit an Idea option in the Resource Center to share your feedback directly with our team.
Selecting this option opens a short form where you can tell us:
What your suggestion or feedback is
What outcome you're hoping to achieve
What workaround you're currently using (if any)
This form is intended for product suggestions and enhancement ideas.
