Navigating TitanFile to Share Data Securely

TitanFile is a secure file-sharing and client collaboration platform trusted by professionals in various industries, including government, legal, healthcare, financial services, insurance, and accounting.

Receiving Shared Files

When you receive an email notification from TitanFile, click the green “Access Files” button to access the channel containing the shared files.

Logging into the TitanFile Portal

The process will be different depending on whether you are a new TitanFile user or an existing TitanFile user.

If you have an existing account, skip to the "Existing TitanFile User" section.

New TitanFile Users

• You only need to enter your name and choose a password. Then, click Proceed to Files to log in.

• You may be prompted to set up two-factor authentication. Choose your preferred method and follow the instructions to receive a login PIN.

Existing TitanFile User

• Enter the email address to which the notification was sent and the password associated with your existing TitanFile account. Then, click the “Log in” button.

• Click the “Forgot password?” link if you’ve forgotten your password. You may be prompted to set up two-factor authentication.

• Choose your preferred method and follow the instructions to receive a login PIN.

• Enter the PIN to gain access to TitanFile.
• Once you sign in, you will see a page similar to the one below, where you can view all your ongoing conversations.

Responding to the Sender

TitanFile allows two-way communication. To reply to the sender:

• Type your message in the message box next to your name.
• Attach any necessary files.
• Click the green Send button.

Uploading Files

• You can attach files using the "Attach Files" button or attach a folder using the "Attach Folder" button.

• After you've attached files and typed a message, click on the green "Send" button to send the package.

Downloading Files

• To download a file, simply click on the file name, and the download will start in your browser.

• To download all files at once, click the Download All button on the right.
