+Will delivery service orders be reflected in reports?
For most integrations, our integrated orders are automatically included in your reports. We will work with you to configure your system so that you can split these orders into their various order sources and types (e.g., delivery, pick-up, catering, etc.). Some integrations require more work for this to happen, and a few do not allow us to send orders in a way that is easily split up.
+Are refunds on ordering platforms reflected in the POS and updated in the daily sales report?
No, refunds are handled directly in the POS and Ordering Platforms individually. When an order is placed and integrated into your POS, it gets submitted to the POS and closes. To properly account for a refund, you must reopen and refund the order in the POS.
