Viewing upcoming Catering Orders

If you'd like to see all upcoming catering orders in your queue, you can do so in the Direct Ordering Admin Panel.

Where to Find It

1. Go to Orders > Orders Overview

2. This page displays all your catering orders. To view upcoming orders, switch to the “Upcoming Orders” tab

Updated Filter Options

Filters let you narrow the order list and quickly locate specific orders.

• Order Type: Filter by order type, including catering or standard orders.

• Order Status: Narrow results by order status, including pending, approved, or closed orders.

• Search by Order Number: Use the search field to quickly locate an order by entering its order number.

• Group results by: You can group the results by Store or Date

What You Can View

For each upcoming order, you’ll see:

• Order Number: A unique identifier assigned to each catering order.

• Store Location: The restaurant location where the order will be prepared and fulfilled.

• Requested Time: The customer’s requested time window for order pickup or delivery.

• Order Type: Specifies the nature of the order, such as Catering / Pick-Up or Catering / Delivery.

• Customer Name: The name entered by the customer who placed the order.

• Internal Notes (View Notes): Any special instructions, modifications, or staff-entered notes associated with the order.

• Status: The current state of the order, such as Open, Scheduled, or Completed.

• Number of People: The expected number of guests or servings associated with the order.

• Total Amount: The full monetary value of the order before taxes or additional charges.
