When ordering for pick-up on web or mobile app the guest will have the option to select “Curbside Pick-Up” on the checkout page.
Once the box is checked, the guest will be prompted to fill out the vehicle information.
The guest has two options to confirm arrival:
on the order confirmation page
through the order confirmation email
When a guest marks their arrival, a second order is sent to POS including the parking spot number of the guest.
If a guest simply ordered pick up and would like to switch to curbside pick-up after submitting the order, the have two options to do so:
on the order confirmation page
in the order confirmation email
