Follow the below-mentioned steps to mark your respective restaurant location(s) or ordering platform as Online/Offline:

Note:
Clicking the “Sync with POS” button triggers three actions: syncing items from your POS, syncing menu prices, and automatically pushing the updates to your integrated ordering platforms. After using “Sync with POS,” there is no need to manually “Push to OP.” During this automatic push, the manual Push to OP option will be temporarily disabled to prevent errors from simultaneous updates. The push process may take 5 to 10 minutes to complete.
The system will automatically set the location to Online after the specified offline duration unless "I will mark it available manually" is chosen—in which case, you must manually mark it Online.
