Dining options (also referred to as Rooms, Order Modes, etc. depending on your POS) are used by your POS to categorize each order as a certain type. The most generic dining options normally used, in addition to Dine In, are Pick Up and Delivery.
In this step, you will indicate what specific dining option should be used to categorize orders received from each of your integrated ordering platforms. You can use a general or ordering platform-specific structure.
The dining options listed are being pulled directly from your POS; if you don’t see the one you’re looking for, you will need to add it to your POS first and then return here to complete the process.

For participating POSs, this step in the onboarding process needs to be completed by you, the customer. If you see the Payment and Dining Options prompt, this means that you are required to complete this step.
