In the Payment and Dining Options set-up step during Onboarding, you will be prompted to answer whether you’d like to send tips with the online orders.
Please note that ordering platforms typically only send tips when the restaurant staff is legally entitled to receive them. This applies to traditional pickup orders or when restaurant staff physically deliver the order to the customer. However, if the ordering platform itself provides the delivery service, any tips for those orders will NOT be included in the order that is sent to your POS system.
If you would like the tips from ordering platforms to be sent to your POS, please select YES. If you do not wish to receive them, please select NO.
