Ensuring that location status updates are properly pushed to Ordering Platforms is essential to maintaining accurate business operations. This alert notifies you when changes to a location’s online/offline status have been made in the Portal but have not been pushed online within the selected time frame.
How It Works
The system tracks location status changes made in the Portal.
You set a time threshold for how long a location can long an update can be held without being Pushed before triggering an alert.
If the update is not pushed within the selected time frame, an auto-alert is triggered.
Customization Options
You can tailor the alert settings based on Time Threshold and choose to receive an alert after 12, 24, 36, or 48 hours if a location status update has not been pushed.
