Accessing your kiosk revenue centers allows you to manage the kiosk settings in the Direct Ordering Admin Panel. More information about logging into your Direct Ordering Admin Panel can be found here.
Kiosk Settings
You can navigate to the Kiosk Settings by following the below steps:
Kiosk Settings
In “Kiosk Settings”, you can edit the default prep time for your location at the Kiosk. You can set the following settings:
Default Prep Type: Set if the “Dine In” or “Take Out” default prep time should be adjusted
Order Timeout: Set the order timeout time for “Dine In” or “Take Out” (based on what was selected)
Send Offline Alerts: Toggle if offline alerts will be sent
Home Screen Settings
The “Home Screen Settings” allows you to edit home screen display settings. You can edit the following settings:
Display Sign In: Toggle if the home screen should display the Sign In option
Display Deals: Toggle if the home screen should display the current deals
Menu Settings
The “Menu Settings” allows you to edit the display settings for the menu in the Kiosk. You can edit the following settings:
Display Settings: Toggle on or off the display settings for the menu

Menu Type: Select “Pages” or “Scrollable” for the menu type
Pages: The user will need to select the next page to navigate the menu
Scrollable: The user can scroll to see the entire menu

Category Navigation Type: Select either “Top”, “Left”, or “Right”, which indicates where the menu navigation will appear (Next Page or Scroll bar)
Top: Appears on the top of the menu
Left: Appears on the left of the menu
Right: Appears on the right of the menu
Items Settings
The “Item Settings” allows you to edit item display settings in your Kiosk. You can edit the following settings:
Display Item Made For Name: Toggle if the items should display the made-for-name
Display Item Notes: Toggle if the items should display the item notes
Display Ingredients: Toggle if the items should display ingredient details
Display Customize Button (2 page builder): Toggle if the item should display the customize button
Upsell Settings
The “Upsell Settings” allows you to edit the upsell display settings. You can edit the following settings:
Display Upsells after Item added to Cart: Toggle if upsell items should display after items are added to the cart
Display Upsells in the Cart: Toggle if upsell items should display while in the cart
Display Upsells on way to Checkout: Toggle if upsell items should display on the way to the checkout
Checkout Settings
The “Checkout Settings” allows you to edit the checkout display settings. You can edit the following settings:
Display Guest Name Field: Toggle if the guest name should appear during checkout
Display Guest Phone Field: Toggle if the guest phone number should appear during checkout
Display Promo Code: Toggle if the promo code field should appear during checkout
Display Gratuity: Toggle if the gratuity option should appear during checkout
Guest Name Required: Toggle if the guest name should be required during checkout
Collect Table Number: Toggle if the guest needs to enter a table number during checkout
Receipt Settings
The “Receipt Settings” allows you to edit the receipt display settings. You can edit the following settings:
Receipt Header: Set the header the receipt will include
Receipt Footer: Set the footer the receipt will include
Include phone number on receipt: Toggle if the receipt should include the location phone number
Display Email Receipt Button: Toggle if the customer can select to email receipt
Display SMS Receipt Button: Toggle if the customer can select to text receipt via SMS
