Introduction to Reconcile

Reconcile provides a platform where all your transactions from different locations and Ordering Platforms are accessible in a single place to analyze and identify the discrepancies.

Reconcile also helps map the POS transactions to those in the Ordering Platform Statements and separates the ones that do not match.

This feature can be accessed with or without a Checkmate integration. We offer two different subscription types:

Reconcile: This can be accessed with or without integration, provided we can access the Ordering Platform Statements. This has the most common reports used by most of our existing customers - the Statements Reports.

Reconcile Plus: This advanced product provides line-item reconciliation between the Ordering Platform transaction and POS. This product is available only for customers who are subscribed to our order processing integration product and have subscribed to Reconcile PLUS. This would include all the Statement Reports as well as the Reconcile Reports.
