This integration is designed to streamline restaurant operations by enhancing the management capabilities of delivery orders directly within the Checkmate environment.

Doordash Live order management allows us to:

• Real-time Order Management: Effortlessly view and manage DoorDash orders in real time directly from the Checkmate Portal.

• Direct Contact Options: Contact customers or dashers through the order management interface.

• Enhanced Visibility and Control: Monitor order status and address delivery issues without leaving the Checkmate Portal.

Accessing DoorDash Live Order Management

• Under "Orders Management" Page: Click the "Manage" button in the Action column to view and manage the DoorDash order.

• Under "Order Details" Page: Alternatively, access the feature by clicking the "Live Order Management" button on the order details page.

Duration of Live Order Management Link

• Error/Timeout Status: Currently, live order management is accessible for one hour after placing an order. After this period, the option expires, and attempting access will display an error screen. DoorDash intends to extend the amount of time this feature is accessible in the future.
