In the case of Toast POS, any changes made specifically to the Menu name (not the Item/Category name) should be immediately communicated to the Checkmate support team to avoid menu sync errors.
If you decide to change the name of your Online Ordering Menu in your Toast POS, immediately notify the Checkmate team of the change. We will update the specific menu name within our system to avoid further integration issues.
Note: Menu name is case-sensitive.
