The address autocomplete on Direct Ordering is powered by Google Maps. Occasionally, Google Maps does not recognize an address exactly as it is typed. This can happen because the address is listed differently in the Google Maps database, or because it is missing from the database entirely.
What to Try
- Vary the way the address is entered, such as adjusting abbreviations, spacing, or formatting.
- Enter a different address very close by that Google Maps recognizes.
- Report the error to Google using Google Maps Help: Report an error on the map.
