Access to the Direct Ordering Admin Panel can be revoked at any time when a manager, supervisor, or other employee is no longer responsible for a particular store location or admin section, or is no longer associated with the brand. Access can be removed entirely or limited to specific stores or sections, and changes can be confirmed in the Users list.
Revoking a User's Access from the Direct Ordering Admin Panel
- Log in to the Direct Ordering Admin Panel.
- Go to Settings > Users, then select the user to change.
- Choose one of two options:
- Deactivate the user: At the bottom of the page, deselect the Is Active checkbox. This fully revokes the user's access to the Admin Panel and allows the account to be reactivated at a later date.
- Delete the user permanently: Select the Delete button to permanently delete the user.
- Select Submit to save the changes.
Note: Deleting a user permanently cannot be undone. Deactivating the user instead preserves the option to reactivate the account later.
Revoking User Access from Specific Store Locations or Admin Sections

- Go to Settings > Users, then select the user to change.

- Deselect the checkbox for any store the user should not be able to access.
- In the left navigation, select Sections to view which sections the user can access. If no sections are selected, the user can access all sections.
- Deselect the checkbox for any section the user should not be able to access.
- Select Submit to save the changes.
Confirming Access Changes Were Saved
Changes can be confirmed in the main Users list:
- Log in to the Direct Ordering Admin Panel.
- Go to Settings > Users. This view defaults to Active users. Use the Status dropdown to view Inactive users.
- A recently deactivated user appears in this list. The table displays these additional details:
- Active: Yes means the user is active. No means the user is not active.
- Activated: Yes means the user has previously activated the account. No means the account was never activated using the link in the initial activation email.
Note: Only activated users can be marked active.
