This article covers logging in to the Direct Ordering Admin Panel, resetting a password, account deactivation after a period of inactivity, and the automatic logout that applies during an active session.
Logging In

Navigate to the Direct Ordering Admin Panel (https://mm.opentender.io/).

Log in using the email address and password set up when the account activation invitation was received.
- If access to certain store locations, orders, customers, loyalty, reporting, or other settings is missing, contact the account administrator to adjust access under Settings > Users > Stores & Sections permissions. For example, if a user cannot see a specific store's orders, the account administrator can grant access to that store in this section.
Resetting a Password
A password can be reset from the Direct Ordering Admin Panel homepage by selecting the Reset it here link and entering the account email address. A password reset link is then sent to that email address.
Alternatively, a password reset can be requested by contacting support@itsacheckmate.com.
Account Deactivation
For PCI compliance security reasons, an account that has not been logged into for more than 90 days is deactivated. This is uncommon for accounts that log in to Direct Ordering periodically. To reactivate a deactivated account, contact Checkmate support.
Automatic Logout
For PCI compliance and general security reasons, the Direct Ordering Admin Panel automatically logs users out after 30 minutes of inactivity.
