Types of Feedback We Accept
- Feature Requests: Suggestions for new features or improvements to existing features
- Bug Reports: Issues that are affecting your experience
- Usability Feedback: Comments on the user interface and overall user experience
- General Comments: Any other thoughts you have about our products
What Happens After You Submit Feedback
- Acknowledgment: You will receive an acknowledgment email within 24 hours.
- Evaluation: Our Product team will evaluate your feedback.
- Prioritization: Feedback items will be prioritized based on their impact and alignment with our roadmap. After they are reviewed and confirmed, bug reports will be sent directly to our Engineering Team.
- Implementation: Selected feedback will be incorporated into future product updates.
- Notification: You will be notified if/when your feedback leads to a change or new feature.

All feedback will be confidential and only used internally to improve our services.
