Grubhub Integration
Group Orders sent via GrubHub API Integration will print as regular orders, meaning every item will be sent under the primary customer's name without grouping. Unfortunately, the GrubHub API integration does not support Group Orders separated by the customer's name at this time.
Note: The Checkmate Engineering Team is working with GrubHub on a solution to print Group Orders to the Ordering Platform menus successfully. The expected completion date has not been determined.
The new integration allows full menu control directly from the POS (for Direct Sync POS customers) or the Checkmate Portal (for all other customers). Your menu will no longer be set and controlled only from the Grubhub merchant portal.
Your Grubhub menu will now be consistent with all of your other integrated online ordering menus and will no longer need to be manually updated in the Grubhub portal.
You will see Grubhub as one of the integrated ordering platforms in the Checkmate Portal.
