Note: The trial starts once the integration is live. You can cancel within 14 days of the go-live date. Virtual brands are considered additional locations.

+Do I get a discount if I have multiple locations?

Our pricing remains the same whether you have one unit or twenty units. If you have more than twenty units, please contact our enterprise team at hello@itsacheckmate.com for more details.

+Is there a deposit fee?

All new accounts are required to submit a $100 deposit fee at the time of signup with Checkmate. This deposit fee is fully refundable. If, within the 14-day free trial, you decide our service isn't the right fit for you, we will return the deposit in full. After the trial ends, this deposit will be credited against your first invoice. For example, if your first month's invoice amounts to $115, the $100 deposit will be deducted, leaving you only $15 to settle.

+Does Checkmate take commission or per-transaction fees?

No, Checkmate is strictly a month-to-month flat rate fee. We do not take a percentage of your sales or commission. Aloha Clients are exempt.
