The Direct Ordering site URL is the online ordering link shared with customers. It is available in two locations within the Direct Ordering Admin Panel.
From the Admin Panel Home Screen
The URL appears in the upper-right corner of the Direct Ordering Admin Panel home screen.
From Website Configuration Settings
Follow the steps below to find the URL in the Admin Panel settings:
- Log in to the Direct Ordering Admin Panel.
- Go to Settings.
- In the User Experience section, select Website Configuration.
- The Direct Ordering Site URL field displays the online ordering link that can be shared with customers. For example, the field may display
order.examplerestaurant.com.
Note: The Direct Ordering Site URL field is read-only. To change the URL to a different address, contact support so the change request and iframe can be configured correctly.
