How to go live with your Ordering Platform
Once your Ordering Platform successfully passes the Quality Check, you'll receive an email from Checkmate indicating your location is ready to “Go Live” with the specified Ordering platform integration.
Click the “Schedule Go Live” button in the Checkmate email to go live with your Ordering platform. You will be redirected to the Checkmate Portal to initiate the process.
Depending on the Ordering platform, you might see a “GO LIVE NOW” button for immediate activation or a “SCHEDULE GO LIVE” button if it is required to be scheduled in advance.
Note: The “Go Live” option will become visible only after the Onboarding platform completes the “Quality Check” stage. You will receive an email from Checkmate that your ordering platform is ready to Go Live. Learn how to check the onboarding status of your ordering platform here.
“GO LIVE NOW” button
If your ordering platform has the “GO LIVE NOW” button, follow these steps to Go Live:
Going Live via My Ordering Platforms
Step 1: Under “MY ORDERING PLATFORMS”, click on the "GO LIVE NOW" button to complete the onboarding process for your ordering platform.
Step 2: A pop-up will appear to confirm the authorization. Click on "Continue"
Step 3: You will be redirected to the Ordering Platform login page. Follow the prompts on the screen to authorize and go live with your ordering platform.
Going Live via Marketplace
Alternatively, you can also initiate the Go Live process from the Marketplace by following the steps below:

If your ordering platform shows the “SCHEDULE GO LIVE” button, follow the steps below:
Once completed, your ordering platform will be seamlessly integrated with Checkmate. This integration allows you to effectively accept orders and manage your online ordering platform through Checkmate.
