Once your Ordering Platform successfully passes the Quality Check, you’ll receive an email from Checkmate notifying you that your location is ready to “Go Live” with the specified Ordering Platform integration.
To initiate the process, click the “Schedule Go Live” button or the “Go Live Now” button in the email. This will redirect you to the Checkmate Portal, where you can proceed with the activation.
Depending on your Ordering Platform, you may see one of the following options:
- “Go Live Now”: API Ordering platforms have the button for “Go Live Now”. Learn how to "Go Live Now" for an ordering platform here.
- “Schedule Go Live”: Non-API Ordering platforms have the button for “Schedule Go Live”. Learn how to "Schedule Go Live" for an ordering platform here.
Note: The “Go Live Now” or “Schedule Go Live” options will only appear after the platform completes the Quality Check stage. You’ll receive an email notification once your Ordering Platform is ready to go live. Learn how to check your onboarding status here.
